Focaccine morbide Bimby

Focaccine morbide Bimby
Ingredients
  • Impasto:
  • 250 gr farina manitoba
  • 250 gr farina 00
  • 30 gr olio evo
  • 1 cucchiaino zucchero
  • 270 ml acqua tiepida
  • 1/2 cucchiaino di sale (anche uno intero)
  • 1/2 cubetto lievito di birra
  • Emulsione:
  • acqua
  • olio
  • sale
Instructions
  1. Mettere nel boccale acqua, olio, zucchero e lievito: 5 sec. vel 4
  2. Aggiungere la farina e il sale: 3 min. a vel. spiga
  3. Mettere a lievitare fino al raddoppio del volume (circa un’ora)
  4. Fare delle palline delle stesse dimensioni, stenderle, passare sopra l’emulsione e fare lievitare ancora per un oretta.
  5. Infornare a 220° per 10 min fino a doratura
