Focaccine morbide Bimby
Ingredients
- Impasto:
- 250 gr farina manitoba
- 250 gr farina 00
- 30 gr olio evo
- 1 cucchiaino zucchero
- 270 ml acqua tiepida
- 1/2 cucchiaino di sale (anche uno intero)
- 1/2 cubetto lievito di birra
- Emulsione:
- acqua
- olio
- sale
Instructions
- Mettere nel boccale acqua, olio, zucchero e lievito: 5 sec. vel 4
- Aggiungere la farina e il sale: 3 min. a vel. spiga
- Mettere a lievitare fino al raddoppio del volume (circa un’ora)
- Fare delle palline delle stesse dimensioni, stenderle, passare sopra l’emulsione e fare lievitare ancora per un oretta.
- Infornare a 220° per 10 min fino a doratura
