Friselle Bimby
Ingredients
  • 5gr lievito di birra
  • 50gr latte
  • 50gr acqua
  • 50gr olio doliva
  • 300gr semola
  • 5gr sale.
Instructions
  1. minuti vel. Spiga
  2. Il procedimento si vede nelle foto.
  3. Ho fatto subito le forme e poi aspettato il raddoppio durante la lievitazione.
  4. in forno 20 minuti a 180 e poi altri 15-20 minuti dopo il taglio
